For your convenience, the following accommodation has been selected as the official WEEC 2007 Accommodation and special rates have been obtained. Bookings need to be made through the Congress Secretariat, The Conference Company to obtain these rates. Please kindly indicate on your Registration form should you wish to make an accommodation booking. Please note the following:

• All rates below are per person per night, bed and breakfast and include VAT at 14% but exclude a 1% tourism levy which must be paid directly to the hotel on departure.
• All accommodation is booked on a first come first served basis, subject to availability.
• The Road Lodge only has double beds and thus no twin accommodation is available.
• Only single accommodation is available at the University of KZN, Albert Luthuli Campus.
• A shuttle service will be provided to transport delegates staying at the official Congress accommodation at specific times.
• A shuttle timetable will be available at the Congress venue.
• Delegates staying in unofficial Congress accommodation will need to provide their own transport.

Terms and Conditions

• Due to the Congress falling during peak season, accommodation is limited and we recommend you book and make payment as soon as possible to confirm your reservation and prevent release of your booking.
• Accommodation booked must be pre-paid in full by 15 March 2007. All bookings thereafter are to be paid for on receipt of invoices.
• No accommodation can be confirmed or guaranteed without full payment.
• Check in is at 14h00 and check out at 10h00.
