Event Format

  • The Congress and Exhibition will run concurrently.
  • Pre-Congress registration is available online.
  • On-site registration will open on Monday, 2nd July 2007 at 10h30.
  • The official Opening Address will take place on Monday evening, 2nd July 2007.
  • Plenary and Parallel sessions will be held from Tuesday, 3 July 2007 until the afternoon of Thursday, 5 July 2007.
  • The Exhibition and Poster display will open from Monday evening and will close at 17h00 on Thursday, 5 July 2007.
  • Technical tours have been arranged on Friday, 6 July 2007. Tours will depart from the ICC and return to the ICC as well as the airport, depending on demand. Luggage storage will be made available at the ICC Durban on Friday, 6 July 2007.

Official Language

The WEEC 2007 Congress will be conducted in English with translation provided in Spanish and French during the Plenary sessions only.
