The WEEC 2007 banking details will be provided on the invoice.

Terms and Conditions

• The Early Bird registration fees will only be applicable to those that book and pay prior to the cut-off dates.
• Should you register prior to the cut-off day but omit to pay, you will be automatically charged the higher registration fee.
• No registration will be confirmed without full pre-payment and no access to the Congress or Exhibition will be allowed.
• Please be advised that should payments incur bank charges, these charges will be for the delegates own account and will be reflected on the official receipt. Full payment for these charges is required.

Registration Cancellation and Refunds

• Participants cancelling on or before 28 February 2007 will be entitled to an 80% refund.
• Cancellations after 28 February 2007 will not be entitled to any refund.
• Alternatively, the registration may be transferred to a new delegate at a 10% substitution fee.
• All refunds will only be processed after the Congress.
